Decent hearing aid for the price

I bought a pair of the rechargeable hearing aids during a seasonal clearance. The ordering process on their website was straightforward and I had no issues there. Shipping took about a week to reach me in Florida, which was reasonable. The packaging was secure, and everything arrived undamaged. The hearing aids themselves are comfortable enough, and the sound quality is acceptable for everyday use. I found the battery life to be as advertised, lasting a full day without needing a charge. Adjusting the volume was easy with the small controls. I did have a question about the wax guards, and customer support responded to my email within 24 hours, which was helpful. Overall, a solid product for what I paid.

Good value, easy setup

I was looking for something affordable and the Vivtone digital hearing aids caught my eye. The price was really good compared to others. I signed up for their newsletter and got an extra discount, which was a nice bonus. The setup was simple, I just popped them in and they worked. Definitely felt like I got a good deal without sacrificing quality too much. Happy with my purchase.

Good quality, fast shipping

I got the invisible hearing aids and they're pretty good. Shipping was fast, got here in like 4 days to California. They fit well and I can hear way better now. No complaints from me.

Sound amplifiers are okay

I ordered the sound amplifiers to try them out. They took about 6 days to get to Denver. They work, but not as strong as I hoped. They're comfortable though. Customer service was fine when I asked about tracking.

Does Vivtone accept HSA/FSA cards? Trying to use up my funds before the end of the year.

B Brian Phillips 1 month ago
I used my FSA card last month, worked fine for me. It's usually considered a medical expense.

Yes, they do! I think most hearing aids are covered by HSA/FSA since they're medical devices.

Are these FDA cleared? Just want to make sure they're legit and safe.

A Ashley Parker 1 week ago
I'm pretty sure they are. I saw it mentioned somewhere on their site when I was researching.

Yeah, they're FDA cleared. It's a big deal for medical devices so they definitely make that clear.

Does anyone know if Vivtone has any sales coming up soon, like for Black Friday or anything? Trying to save some money.

J Josh Moore 2 weeks ago
Black Friday and Cyber Monday are usually their big sales. I'd wait until then if you can.

They often have holiday sales, so if you can hold out until then, you might snag a good deal. Sometimes they do flash sales too, so keep an eye on their site or newsletter.

Do Vivtone hearing aids actually work for more significant hearing loss, or are they mostly for mild stuff? My dad has pretty noticeable issues.

R Richard 2 weeks ago
From what I heard, they're good for mild to moderate. Not sure about severe though, might be worth checking their site or contacting them directly for that.

S Susan Smith 2 weeks ago
My grandma uses them for her moderate loss and they've been a game changer for her. For severe, I'm not totally sure, it might depend on the specific model.

I'm thinking of getting a pair but can't find a spot for a promo code. Where do you even put it in during checkout?

E Elizabeth Anderson 2 weeks ago
It's usually on the right side of the screen during checkout, like in a little box labeled 'Discount code' or something similar.

J Jacob Sanchez 2 weeks ago
Yeah, after you add stuff to your cart and go to checkout, look for a text box. It's not super obvious sometimes.
